Role Description The Dental Assistant role at Clove Dental is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Dental Assistant will support dentists and specialists during clinical procedures, prepare treatment rooms, maintain instruments, and assist with patient seating and comfort. Daily responsibilities include organizing dental tools, ensuring proper sterilization and infection control, documenting patient information, and supporting the flow of appointments. The role also involves providing basic oral care instructions, preparing materials for procedures such as fillings or extractions, and coordinating with front desk staff for scheduling and patient follow-up. The Dental Assistant will contribute to a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment in line with Clove Dental’s protocols.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Dental Care and Oral Care to support patient procedures and provide basic post-treatment guidance.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Dentistry to assist with a range of treatments under supervision.
- Candidates should possess strong Sterilization skills to maintain infection control and adhere to clinic protocols.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Dental Assisting, including chairside support and preparation of instruments and materials.
- Diploma or certification in dental assisting or dental hygiene from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow clinical instructions accurately.
- Effective communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic.
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards, work flexible hours as needed, and participate in ongoing training.
